Shipping Policy

Carrot Cake has a free shipping policy throughout North America! We work hard to try and deliver the best customer experience possible, that's why we incorporate the cost of shipping into our prices. This way our customers don't have to deal with any pesky hidden costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Carrot Cake has a 30 day return policy after the customer has received their purchase so long as the product it has not been used and/or taken out of its original packaging.

If evidence can be given that the product is of inferior quality (and proof of purchase), we will happily supply a refund.

Proof of purchase must also be verified.
